WINNfusion is a specialized home infusion company dedicated to treating Autoimmune Diseases and Rare Genetic Disorders. We provide skilled nursing care for Biologic Medications and Enzyme Replacement Therapies across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.

Our clients are generally healthy individuals of all ages who benefit from receiving care in the comfort of their homes—avoiding the stress and inconvenience of hospital-based infusions. We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in a low-stress environment.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
• Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors
• Maintain detailed records of care and observations

• Active RN license in the state of Idaho and Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Proficient IV skills, including access to peripheral veins (Mediports, PICC lines, and central line access experience preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and client care abilities
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Confident and experienced in IV therapy
• Interested in flexible, per-diem scheduling—Set your own schedule!

• Willing to travel up to 60 miles from home
