We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment. The Registered Nurse will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and treat critically ill patients.

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Assess and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Idaho.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care/critical care nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
