Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
- Support patients in achieving their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Hold an active LPN license in good standing in your state.
- Preferably have one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment.
