Your Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and updating care plans.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Providing compassionate care to help patients achieve their highest level of well-being.
- Evaluating patient conditions and revising care plans as necessary.
We welcome both experienced RNs and new graduates! To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment.
