Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, work quickly while maintaining accuracy, and adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with hot kitchen conditions, limited storage, and high noise levels. Requirements include the ability to use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment while standing for extended periods.
