As an Applebee’s Server, you will provide the first and last impression for guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs while working hard in a fun and flexible environment.

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing an impact and excellent guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks.

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, baskets to dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with soap throughout the shift.
