Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers, greet them, offer assistance with products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade‑up or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain clean and well‑merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, keep records, and price merchandise as directed.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays (promotional, seasonal, super structures, sale merchandise); complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist in product separation and stock rotation using first‑in, first‑out method.
• Maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web‑pickup responsibilities (monitor orders, fill orders, deliver to customers in store).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure clean and orderly store appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
