Mike’s Mechanical is hiring experienced HVAC Installers. Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!
Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Lewiston,
Pay: $25 -$30/hr + (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm - Occasional Fridays
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniforms, tool allowance, vehicle to commute from job to job, and gas card.

HVAC Installer
Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and
Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
