* Qualifications:

** Facilities Technician would have a high school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate's degree in a related field preferred and 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

* Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.g,Famis 360, FM:Systems, Planon)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
** What You Will Do at Cambia:*
* * Perform Routine Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
* Repair and Troubleshoot:
Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
* Install and Upgrade:
Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
* Maintain Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
* Collaborate with Team:
Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
* Follow Safety Protocols:
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.
* Stay Up-to-Date:
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities.
