IRC is looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to lead our field operations team. This leadership role plays a key part in coordinating resources, managing job site activities, and ensuring project success from start to finish. The Superintendent ensures safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved. • Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors throughout construction
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance with local and federal regulations
• Cultivate and reinforce a strong job site safety culture
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and team members to meet goals
• Provide technical insights and recommend equipment/methods for commercial and metal roofing or siding installations
• Participate in pre‑construction planning

Competitive Pay: $90,000-$110,000 | Based on experience and qualifications

• Experience in commercial and/or metal roofing is required
• Proven leadership in construction, especially in commercial roofing or siding
• Strong knowledge of jobsite operations
• Hands‑on understanding of OSHA standards and job site safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work a flexible schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license
