The Loan Operation Representative provides administrative and data management support within a leading North American bank’s loan servicing division
. This position focuses on managing loan documentation, performing data entry, and maintaining accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of learning new systems quickly in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support loan servicing operations.
- Review and process loan documentation accurately.
- Maintain organized digital and paper records for compliance and reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and updating loan information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and process compliance.
- Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and procedures quickly.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling activities.
- 0–2 years of administrative or operations support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Background in banking or financial services
