Medical Laboratory Technologist, Night Shift
Join Central Maine Healthcare as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (Night Shift) – a full‑time, 30‑hour per week position with benefit eligibility.
$15,000 sign‑on bonus – available to eligible external candidates. Night Shift additional pay differential applies.
Responsibilities- Obtain and receive specimens; perform clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures; understand method principles; perform quality control; perform preventative maintenance; interpret results regarding accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.
- Work independently, organize work to meet established deadlines, record all data obtained, and maintain job competence.
- Provide effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/MLT/CLT) by ASCP or equivalent, required within six months of hire.
- Excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage patients and team members using CMH Experience Standards.
