Job Title: BPMS Analyst

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Duration: Long Term

• 8+ years of IT experience with business and system analysis
• At least 2 years’ experience in designing Workflow/BPMS solutions
• Led design & architecture of BPM projects
• Understanding of BPM concepts
• Process mapping, improvement, and design skills
• Interact with business to gather requirements and develop prototypes
• Prepare business & functional requirement specifications
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation
• Lead meetings/workshops, drive analysis, architecture, and implementation of BPM projects
• Experience in business and system analysis for P&C Insurance industry
• Familiarity with BPMS platforms like IBM BPM, Appian, Pega, Savvion, Cordys, Phoenix
• Build solutions, enforce design patterns and best practices
• Knowledge of J2EE/.NET, middleware/SOA, and current trends

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
