Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at Epic, located in Madison, WI. The role involves managing litigation and regulatory matters, and providing counsel on the evolving competitive landscape as Epic expands its offerings.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and try cases.
• Provide counsel on regulatory and competitive issues.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions, briefs, and leading settlement negotiations.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail oriented with creative thinking and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
