Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. The position requires relocation to Madison with full financial assistance provided. Our team is expanding across global markets, and you’ll play a key role in managing complex litigation and providing proactive legal counseling on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law matters.

You will:

• Manage and win multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk in high‑stakes proceedings.
• Represent the company in litigation and regulatory matters.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• JD with strong experience in risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, negotiation, and trial.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic background, excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Eye for detail, creative thinking, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Readiness to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursement provided).
