• Own the Courtroom Early: Get trial experience in your first year — you’ll be on your feet, not stuck in the back room.
• Take and Defend Depositions: Go toe‑to‑toe with opposing counsel and build a record that wins cases.
• Draft and Argue Dispositive Briefs: Deliver written and oral arguments that land early wins.
• Shape Case Strategy: Team up with senior litigators to design game plans that outmaneuver the defense.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
