• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to improve performance and skill development.
• Handle escalations, resolve employee concerns, and address operational challenges.
• Ensure team compliance with company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive team culture.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant business systems.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
