• Oversee, maintain, order, and inventory all mechanical supplies.
• Ensure accuracy and budgeting of the engineering department.
• Manage and issue work orders within the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Participate on safety, food safety, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and production teams.
• Support the Plant Engineer, manage PM’s, the master cleaning schedule, work orders, and team schedules.
• Organize and plan work orders and preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and sanitation technicians.
• Monitor PM’s, work orders, breakdowns, master cleaning schedules, and employee schedules.
• Interact professionally with operations and support a team environment.
• Support the company’s safety culture and programs.
• Track and report KPIs to the operations group.
• Maintain exemplary customer service for internal and external customers, responding to emails, voicemails, or letters within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes‑Oxley, Safety, etc.).
• Perform other duties as deemed by management, including fulfilling work schedules, attendance policies, and operating rules.

• 5+ years in a production manufacturing environment as a maintenance manager or equivalent experience.
• Food/bakery experience preferred.
• Hygienic/sanitation experience preferred.

• High school/GED diploma. 4-year technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
