Position Responsibilities- Oversee, maintain, order, and inventory all mechanical supplies.
- Ensure accuracy and budgeting of the engineering department.
- Manage and issue work orders within the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
- Participate on safety, food safety, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and production teams.
- Support the Plant Engineer, manage PM’s, the master cleaning schedule, work orders, and team schedules.
- Organize and plan work orders and preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and sanitation technicians.
- Monitor PM’s, work orders, breakdowns, master cleaning schedules, and employee schedules.
- Interact professionally with operations and support a team environment.
- Support the company’s safety culture and programs.
- Track and report KPIs to the operations group.
- Maintain exemplary customer service for internal and external customers, responding to emails, voicemails, or letters within 24 hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes‑Oxley, Safety, etc.).
- Perform other duties as deemed by management, including fulfilling work schedules, attendance policies, and operating rules.
- 5+ years in a production manufacturing environment as a maintenance manager or equivalent experience.
- Food/bakery experience preferred.
- Hygienic/sanitation experience preferred.
Job Requirements
- High school/GED diploma. 4-year technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
