Job Description / Responsibilities

Shift is from 5:20 pm to 5:30 am, 2‑2‑3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $24.00 per hour based on years of experience with opportunity for growth.

The Bottling Technician will operate the bottle filler, capper, decasing process, and/or case packing operation. Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, troubleshooting problems, change‑over, quality checks, basic maintenance, and safety guidance to temporary staff.

  • Understand and comply with safety requirements, prevent unsafe work, report concerns, and participate in safety programs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by meeting daily production goals while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain adherence to personal safety, food safety, quality, and environmental policies; own SOPs and continuously improve performance.
  • Use department KIPIs to drive improvement, optimize resources, and communicate inter‑departmentally.
  • Perform all bottling line tasks—including case feeding, quality inspection, case packing, labeling—and complete documentation accurately.
  • Model behavior per the Sazerac Ideal Team Member Profile, build relationships, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
Qualifications / Requirements – MUST ul>
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Good physical health; able to stand, sit, climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, and squat
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good vision and manual dexterity
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy
  • Team‑player and self‑directed
  • Preferred
