Job Description / ResponsibilitiesShift is from 5:20 pm to 5:30 am, 2‑2‑3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $24.00 per hour based on years of experience with opportunity for growth.
The Bottling Technician will operate the bottle filler, capper, decasing process, and/or case packing operation. Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, troubleshooting problems, change‑over, quality checks, basic maintenance, and safety guidance to temporary staff.
- Understand and comply with safety requirements, prevent unsafe work, report concerns, and participate in safety programs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by meeting daily production goals while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to personal safety, food safety, quality, and environmental policies; own SOPs and continuously improve performance.
- Use department KIPIs to drive improvement, optimize resources, and communicate inter‑departmentally.
- Perform all bottling line tasks—including case feeding, quality inspection, case packing, labeling—and complete documentation accurately.
- Model behavior per the Sazerac Ideal Team Member Profile, build relationships, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
