Plans, manages and directs the work of Production and other manufacturing supervisors. Ensures cost-effective, quality production of products according to standards. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on‑the‑job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

• Develops, plans, manages and directs the work of production and other manufacturing supervisors.
• Ensures cost effective, quality production of products.
• Monitors prints and losses due to production.
• Ensures safe working environment for employees/contractors.
• Participates in accident investigation process.
• Performs shift supervisor duties when necessary.
• Promotes positive employee relations.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Performance of other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

• Five or more years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience.

• Associate or higher college degree.
• Completion of formal management skills training program.
