- Set up and prepare machinery, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Operate machinery to produce parts according to specified guidelines
- Monitor the production process in real-time and make adjustments as needed to optimize output and quality
- Inspect material to verify dimensions, appearance, and adherence to quality standards
- Document production data and quality checks accurately to support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions with accuracy

This position is on-site in Lewiston and offers a four-day overnight shift from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM.
