Position Summary
Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to join their Vascular Access Specialty Team in a full‑time role, 30 hours per week. This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $15,000. The RN is responsible for managing individualized direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients by promoting and restoring patients’ health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members;
providing an exceptional patient experience by supporting and educating the patient and family throughout their hospitalization; functioning as the patient advocate while actively following a plan of care and responding to changes in condition and/or response to treatments.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Maine; BSN preferred.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- VA-BC preferred.
- One year of nursing experience.
- Bilingual.
