• Active RN license (state-specific as required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience in psychiatric and/or detox settings preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
• Strong assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills

• Assess and monitor patients’ mental status, withdrawal symptoms, and safety risks
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Implement detox protocols and observe for complications
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
