• Oversee shifts each week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and incoming shift managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
