The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for driving service revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with end users and dealers. This role involves promoting and selling service agreements, preventive maintenance packages, spare parts, and additional service offerings to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase service revenue from end users and dealers.
- Identify new opportunities for service agreements, spare parts sales, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Work closely with dealers to support their service sales efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end users regarding service offerings, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their service needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings with dealers to discuss performance, support needs, and training opportunities.
- Provide commercial support to end users and dealers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service‑related issues.
- Prepare and present service agreement proposals tailored to customer and dealer needs.
- Support negotiating terms and pricing within company guidelines to secure long‑term service contracts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of service agreements, working closely with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Service and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offers to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service sales strategies and pricing models.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns for service products.
- Minimum of two (2) years of technical sales experience; experience in the VLM/ARS industries is a plus.
- High school diploma required; vocational school diploma or higher in a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in current versions of MS Office; experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of service agreements, preventive maintenance, and aftermarket support strategies.
- Experience working with both direct customers and dealer networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Up to 80% travel, including customer site visits and dealer meetings within the assigned territory.
- Proximity to states within the territory or a major airport preferred.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
