• Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot basic and complex fire sprinkler systems with limited or no supervision, including installation when possible.
• Respond to emergency calls, often requiring nighttime, weekend, or on‑call overtime.
• Coordinate with contractors, customers, building maintenance, and office personnel to execute daily workload.
• Identify code and non‑conformance issues and recommend system installation improvements.
• Complete troubleshooting and repairs to customer systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain an exceptional work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.

• High school diploma required; industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Maine.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with complex blueprints and national fire codes.
• Thorough knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and required tools.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet or more and in adverse weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with lift operations and OSHA guidelines.
• NICET certification a plus.
