As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that help maximize production uptime. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment alongside a collaborative team.

Schedule: 2-2-3 Work Schedule | 5:45pm - 6am

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs, and communicate equipment concerns to maintenance leadership.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production and cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of maintenance, manufacturing, or other relevant industrial maintenance experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

• Completion of a technical school program, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, PLCs (Allen‑Bradley preferred), industrial controls, or welding.
• Previous experience operating a Forklift or Scissor lift

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and safely operate industrial equipment.

The hourly range for this role is $30.14 - $45.22.
