CDL A or B Driver

Join Valley Beverage as a CDL Class A or B Driver delivering premium beverages to stores throughout Central Maine. A local, family-owned company with more than 50 years of history, Valley Beverage represents national and local brands across beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will follow a designated delivery route, unload and place products, rotate stock, and collect payments while building positive customer relationships.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned routes, following delivery schedules and safety standards.
• Unload beverages and place them in designated locations at customer accounts, using proper handling practices.
• Verify deliveries against invoices or purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and rotate stock at customer accounts as needed.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate delivery and transaction records.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and address delivery concerns while representing Valley Beverage and its brands professionally.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly for maintenance needs, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.

• Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver's license.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift 165 pounds and carry heavy loads in a physically demanding delivery role.
• Ability to work outdoors and drive in varying weather conditions, including winter weather.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Previous delivery driving or similar experience preferred, but not required.
