Job OverviewAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital member of a small client support team, working alongside a financial advisor to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive client experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to identify and anticipate their financial needs and supporting the advisor in achieving long‑term goals.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other transaction requests under the advisor’s direction; prepare documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Support administrative operations including scheduling appointments, preparing client‑meeting materials, managing correspondence, and backing marketing initiatives.
- Implement and update standard operating procedures to streamline processes and execute the branch business plan.
- Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software effectively.
- Work independently while collaborating with the advisor and team members to meet client and business goals.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Strong conversational skills and ability to build relationships.
- Digital tool utilization and technology literacy.
- Team collaboration and independence.
- Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor.
