This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to travel across five counties under the Central Montana Health District—while enjoying the flexibility to manage your schedule and maintain work-life balance.

Location: Home base is Lewistown, MT; this position is part of the Central Montana Health District sector serving 5 surrounding counties.
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible Hours |
Travel Required
- Develop and deliver outreach and educational materials to communities across designated counties
- Provide training and technical assistance to individuals and providers to support tobacco cessation
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and advocacy groups
- Assess program activities to identify education and training needs
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Represent One Health in meetings, presentations, and coalition activities related to tobacco prevention
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

- Associate’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, public speaking (of varied interests and backgrounds), and organizational skills
- Experience in health education or related fields (preferred)
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for community health
- Customer Service experience
- Strong computer skills to include internet-based applications and Microsoft Office
- BLS Certification
- National Incident Management System/Incident Command System (NIMS/ICS) 100, 200, and 700a certification within first year of employment
- 2 years experience in health education, nonprofit services, health services, public education or a directly related field or experience in a position of similar or transferable skills and duties.
