• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Provide holistic, integrated, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families to support optimal health outcomes and recovery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Montana Nurse Practice Act and national standards
• Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for all patients
