Highlights:- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
- Manage labor progression and assist with deliveries in a supportive clinical environment
- Respond to obstetric emergencies with strong clinical judgment and effective communication
- Perform cervical exams, interpret fetal monitoring strips, and prepare patients for operative deliveries
- Provide postpartum education and emotional support to patients and families
- Play a critical role in promoting positive birth experiences and optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns
- Current Montana RN license required
- Labor & Delivery experience required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- STABLE Program certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond promptly to obstetric emergencies
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
