Career Path and Pay Ranges- Restaurant Manager - $63,000 to $80,000 (plus bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for a 4-year degree)
- District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $83,000-$113,000 (promotion in 1-2 years)
- Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $109,000-$138,000 (promotion in 3-5 years)
- Opportunity to invest in Waffle House stock via payroll deductions of up to 10% of income (post 90 days or upon promotion)
- Annual Stock Options based on income percentage

- Three 10-day vacations per year
