Position Summary:As the Shop Foreman
, you will responsible for supervising the technician team, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintaining a productive and organized service department. You will play a key role in mentoring technicians, coordinating workflow, and supporting the Service Manager in achieving department goals.

- Oversee daily operations of the service shop to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance on diagnostics and repairs.
- Assign repair orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed repairs.
- Assist with diagnosing complex vehicle issues and troubleshooting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Mentor and train technicians, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor team to ensure accurate customer communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
- Monitor shop productivity and assist in improving workflow processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with service software and diagnostic tools.
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.
