The Huffines Body Shop Estimator helps ensure the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations by providing timely, accurate, and customer‑approved estimates for repair work.

• Documents estimates and the necessary repair work according to established industry standards and insurance company regulations
• Oversees delivery of repairs and manages customer’s expectations
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Follows all shop policies and procedures as well as safety standards and environmental regulations
• Helps maintain shop appearance
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Three+ years of directly related experience in a large facility or dealership
• Fluent English speaking and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish preferred)
• Commitment to delivering world‑class customer service
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Professional dress, speech, behavior, and appearance
• Proficiency in computer skills
