Overview
Location: Any location in the United States except Lewisville, TX (Hybrid work model): 3 days per week in the office.
Role focus: 85% Planogram development, 15% Analysis. Type:

Sales. Salary: $56,000 - $65,000. Req .
- Conduct a broad range of strategic business planning, including category management, space management, product evaluation, promotion planning/evaluation, and resource allocation.
- Analyze retailing and shopper/consumer behaviors, building insights and data‑driven strategies from macro‑economic, consumer, and retail insights to provide clear recommendations.
- Identify, measure, and quantify brand and competitor trends and opportunities; create and maintain weekly/monthly reporting vehicles.
- Enhance business operations through consultative insights and presentations that drive increased sales.
- Manage the use and application of syndicated and non‑syndicated data resources and Blue Yonder software.
- Leverage analytical insights to grow the category and identify merchandising opportunities.
- Understand CROSSMARK capabilities/processes and recommend insights‑based actions that generate incremental revenue.
- Develop and share best practices (templates, analyses, methodologies).
- Be recognized internally and externally as a thought leader in space planning, category‑management insights, and trends.
- Coordinate with the field Insights team to produce national client presentations and analyses.
- Analyze and present post‑promotion analysis, quantifying impact on brand and category.
Education/
Experience:
2+ years analyzing and interpreting data and delivering actionable insights with strategic thinking. Preferred experience in CPG industry and with sales/customer development, channel development, merchandising, trade relations.
Technical skills: Experience with planogram development and related systems; fundamental knowledge of technology and operation of these systems; proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Blue Yonder or similar space‑planning solutions; ability to build dashboards using other market‑data tools (e.g., Circana).
Analytical & communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; intermediate Excel; capacity to organize multiple time‑sensitive projects; teamwork across organizational levels; translate broad trends to specific implications; storytelling with information; knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis is a plus.
Physical Demands- Sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and peripherals.
