ASST. PROPERTY MANAGER (Assistant Community Director)

Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support our Evergreen at Vista Ridge location, a 120-unit Senior Living Community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly every day.

In this role, you’ll assist with the daily operations of the community by providing friendly, reliable service to residents, team members, and prospective residents. You’ll also help ensure we meet Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit requirements and keep compliance paperwork accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional community atmosphere.

  • Assist with leasing and support the leasing process, including greeting prospects and helping them understand community features and benefits.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and administer resident activities and lifestyle programming.

  • Support compliance efforts by preparing, working on, and maintaining required reports for weekly corporate submission.

  • Proofread and organize lease paperwork, and maintain resident/compliance files with strong attention to detail.

  • Help ensure ongoing file maintenance and protection of compliance documentation.

  • Use Microsoft Office to complete reports, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and staff.

What We’re Looking For
  • One year of working experience in residential property operations (required).

  • Tax credit experience (required).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer service mindset and genuine care for building positive relationships with residents and service staff.

  • Ability to stay organized, follow processes, and keep compliance materials accurate.

  • Federal Home Layering experience is a plus.
