Associate Real Estate Support Specialist
Locations: Logan, UT / Tallahassee, FL / Wilmington, DE / Salem, OR / Lewisville, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule or Remote if not within a CSC office distance. Monday – Friday 10am-7pm ET, 11-8pm EST.
Job DescriptionAs the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, CSC seeks a customer service professional to deliver positive outcomes for clients. The role involves providing customer service to internal and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries by phone or written communication, and managing support cases.
What you will be doing- Confidently handle an average of 20 calls per shift (8 hours).
- Work as an engaged member of a team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or through written communication.
- Create customer cases using our CRM system.
- Provide live chat support of up to two chats simultaneously.
- Act as a case manager and point of contact for each issue from start to completion.
- Actively listen to the customer’s voice to understand their problem and expectations.
- Experience providing application/technical support in a call center environment.
- "Can do anything" attitude.
- University-level understanding of proper grammar.
- In-depth working knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies.
- Energetic self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and agility.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prefer two years’ experience in a front‑line customer facing role.
- Prefer five years’ experience in post‑closing real estate role (Title company, lender, etc.).
