Customer Service Team Lead – Business License Insurance

Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Role:

Lead and manage Client Order Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate business license filings and excellent client service.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and motivate team, set goals, track performance
  • Handle escalations and customer complaints
  • Conduct performance reviews and training
  • Improve processes and foster team communication

Requirements:

  • 3+ years leadership, preferably in customer service/insurance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, adaptable
