• 2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists

• Starting base pay between $43-50/hr, based on experience and skill set
• We pay to laser certify all our hygienists
• Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctors

• Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays
• Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienists to make more than $55-$65/hr

• Active Texas RDH license
• CPR Certified
