• Design, produce, and install a wide variety of high‑quality signs, working closely with customers in a courteous, professional way.
• Create vinyl and digital signage and work with outside service products and components.
• Weed, mask, and apply vinyl to different substrates with precision.
• Communicate with customers about project details, timelines, and on‑site requirements.
• Travel locally to preview installation sites, provide estimates, and complete installations, including vehicle and window graphics.
• Keep production equipment well‑maintained and the shop organized and professional.
• Complete Signarama in‑store training modules to build your skills and product knowledge.
• Cross‑train in other areas of the store.

• Use X‑Acto knives, tape measures, rulers, and production tools with care and accuracy.
• Load and operate hot/cold pressure laminators, vinyl plotters, digital printers, panel saws, trimmers, and finishing equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory of stock and supplies and document completed projects with photos for records and marketing.
• Greet customers and answer phones professionally and knowledgeably.
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work; able to lift over 80 lbs, climb ladders while carrying signs, and stand for extended periods.
• Computer literate and eager to learn software used in production.
• Accurate with measurements and detail‑oriented in layout and finishing work.
• Written English skills for proofreading and documentation;
  Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
