. This position is a home‑based role; all teachers must be Texas state‑certified and live within Texas.
We are expanding our virtual learning offerings in Texas, building upon the success of more than 70 brick‑and‑mortar campuses. Education/ Certification
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification in your area of instruction
- Experience with mastery‑based or individualized learning approaches to student education (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of teaching experience in a Texas Public School
- 1-3 years of virtual teaching experience (Preferred)
- Two or more years of documented experience teaching online courses for students in Grades 3-12, AND successfully completed continuing professional development specific to online learning every three years (Preferred)

- Implement accommodations and modifications through appropriate assignments and assessments
- Partner with special educators to determine appropriate implementation of accommodations and modifications for specific content standards
- Comply with the Texas Educator Code of Ethics, the Responsive Ed Employee Handbook, the Responsive Ed Student‑Parent Handbook, and other relevant directives and procedures
