We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support an independent advisor franchisee with a financial advisory practice. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing support, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities- Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.
- Maintain client contact during the financial planning process. Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts.
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Direct attention to detail and organization
- Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
- Effective and efficient time management
- Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and records
- Support the advisor with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Preferred, not required - Experience in a financial services or accounting office.
- Preferred, not required - Familiarity with client management or financial software
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Office-based position in a professional financial advisory setting
- Competitive hourly or salaried pay, based on experience
