Dermatology Receptionist - Lewisville role at Dermatology & Skin Cancer Surgery Center / Affiliate of Preferred Dermatology Partners, Inc. is for a friendly, motivated team player to support a busy dermatology practice. The candidate should enjoy working directly with patients and co-workers and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities- Answering a multi-line telephone system
- Checking patients in and out
- Opening and closing batches and balancing cash
- Collecting and understanding co-pays, deductibles and insurance network requirements
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Knowledge of insurance billing, CPT and ICD codes
- Medical office experience is required; dermatology and EMA experience are a plus
- Travel between our other locations
- Rotating Saturdays - approximately 3-4 times per year

Location:
Carrollton, TX
Salary: $48,000.00–$59,000.00 per year
