Job Summary and Qualifications Performs quality Diagnostic procedures in an accurately and timely manner. Operates MRI equipment and processes images. Prepares patient’s room, equipment, supplies and medication. Provides patient services using imaging modalities. Practices proper magnet safety techniques on all exams performed. Maintains safe environment for patients, fellow workers, and visitors. Supports and helps achieve the departmental and hospital goals. What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Certification and registration by ARRT (R)(MR), ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT. If associate does not hold certification and registration, associate shall obtain within 6 months of hire/promotion or completion of training program.
• Must have current Texas license (MRT) if performing Radiography.
• BLS certification required from HCA approved vendor
• Must be able to take call restricted to a 30-minute response time and work on Hospital Holiday.

Medical City Lewisville is a full-service 190+ bed medical and surgical facility. We offer a broad spectrum of care to the communities of southern Denton County. Our patient tower has two floors dedicated to women’s services. We have a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
