We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our mission through full‑cycle recruitment across multiple locations and service lines. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a direct impact on patient care by helping us hire top talent.
What You’ll Do- Build strong pipelines by engaging with colleges, agencies, community partners, and digital platforms
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and strategize sourcing plans
- Pre‑screen candidates and prepare them for smooth, professional hiring experiences
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in our Applicant Tracking System
- Provide weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
- Support our company mission by ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Maintain strong documentation and organization in a high‑volume environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement in hiring processes and recruitment marketing
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience in healthcare
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
- Experience supporting multi‑site or multi‑state operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A customer‑service mindset and passion for building relationships
- Ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting
- Successful completion of a background check
