- Experience with standard computing systems including file storage, networking and internet technologies.
- A general knowledge of Microsoft Core Technologies. MCITP certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases
- Understanding of the Microsoft System Center Orchestrator Architecture, System Center Orchestrator 2012 R2 (SCOrch)
- IT Process Automation and documentation experience
- Installing Orchestrator and the Integration Packs
- Use of the Development Client
- Working with Unix
- Run and maintain a production SCOrch environment, with high system availability
- Deploy, upgrade and optimize the logical architecture of an Orchestrator infrastructure
- Develop and maintain advanced runbooks to integrate Microsoft and third party products
- Configure error handling and custom logging in Orchestrator runbooks
- Troubleshoot issues with Orchestrator components and Orchestrator runbook execution
- Understand Microsoft best practices for Runbook Lifecycle Management
- Design end-to-end process automation incorporating System Center products
- Develop custom activities and integration packs
