Overview
The Vice President of Order-to-Cash is responsible for the overall delivery of Order-to-Cash services to CROSSMARK’s client and customers. In addition to managing the delivery of services to clients and customers, this position is also responsible for managing the relationship with a BPO provider for the delivery of services in select onshore and offshore locations. With P&L responsibility, the VP sets the strategy for new services and creates drivers to accelerate growth in the business.
Responsibilities
- Ultimately accountable for managing successful relationships with CROSSMARK clients and customers in the delivery of Order-to-Cash services.
- Responsible for expanding services with existing client base and providing executive level representation during sales cycle for new business opportunities.
- Designs, develops and implements change management strategies and plans to support key organizational initiatives. Drives change across a highly matrixed organization.
- Responsible for driving standard processes for trade promotion management and promotional planning across organization.
- Leads development of new service offerings based on client and industry trends.
- Accountable for management of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) relationship with an outside vendor for the delivery of Order-to-Cash and Analytic services at on-shore and off-shore locations.
- As a member of the BPO Executive Committee, review performance and financial results, resolve escalated issues and/or disputes, ensure alignment of CROSSMARK and provider goals and objectives, review long term plans, business trends and manage overall relationship with provider.
- Review critical service levels, evaluate performance credits and approve any action plans resulting from service level failures.
- Work in close partnership with clients, internal cross functional teams and BPO management to achieve service level objectives.
- Partner with Vice Presidents of Client Teams and Business Development to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Lead in contract negotiations for changes to agreement and/or build out of new service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people related strategies and recommendations with business objectives.
- Ability to lead and build teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 15+ years in leadership roles with experience in BPO, vendor management, change management, client management, planning and operations.
- 8+ years in management roles of increasing responsibility.
- Adept at interacting internally and externally with various levels of management and negotiating critical matters to find solutions.
- Sound operations background with demonstrated efficiency achievements and driving innovation in processes.
- Experience working with global teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead and direct a team of 12 to 15 resources with dotted line responsibility for 65+ resources and oversight for 150+ resources within BPO structure.
