The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple high-impact deliverables with limited oversight. This position requires a combination of project management discipline, executive judgment, and a strong ability to anticipate needs and connect the dots across teams.

* * 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive-level support. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with proven ability to manage competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
