Area Supervisor- DFW

UpKeep is a doorstep Valet trash servicer. We are a convenience amenity to large apartment communities throughout Texas. We move bagged trash and recyclables from resident's doors to onsite compactor/dumpsters (no hauling offsite). Service is performed Sunday through Thursday at night starting at 8 pm.

The Operations Supervisor position will support the nightly service of our clients and valets throughout the DFW region through training, safe operations, back filling of positions, and transmitting communications from sales, management, and clients to valet porters.

The ideal candidate will live in the Lewisville/ Carrolton area but will travel across the area to support properties as needed.

The Operations Supervisor will be available evenings Sunday through Thursday to support and work with crew members on scheduling, training, and servicing especially during service hours starting at 8 pm.

• Training
• Scheduling with site staff and area supervisors
• Equipping site crews
• Filling in for service as needed and troubleshooting with onsite crew members
• Routinely walking communities to identify areas of need

• Full-size truck
• Valid Drivers license
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to drive for prolonged times
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and carry up to 75lbs
• Ability to work Sunday
  -Thursday afternoon and evenings
• Basic computer and phone knowledge

• Previous management experience
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Familiarity with the multifamily industry is a plus
